Accenture plc reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended August 31, 2026. The company announced that fourth-quarter revenue of $18.68 billion increased 6% in U.S. dollars and 7% in local currency compared to the prior year. This figure was above the company’s guided range of $17.75 billion to $18.40 billion.

For the full fiscal year 2026, total revenues reached $74.18 billion, an increase of $4.5 billion or 6% in U.S. dollars and 5% in local currency. The company reported full-year new bookings of $84.54 billion, an increase of 5% in U.S. dollars and 3% in local currency.

On a GAAP basis, the company reported diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $3.29 for the fourth quarter, a 46% increase over the prior year, and $13.56 for the full year, a 12% increase. Adjusted EPS for the full year was $13.97, an 8% increase. GAAP operating margin for the full year was 15.4%, an increase of 70 basis points.

Accenture returned a record $11.5 billion to shareholders during fiscal 2026, including $7.5 billion in share repurchases and $4.0 billion in cash dividends. The company also reported free cash flow of $11.6 billion for the year.

Regarding fiscal 2027, Accenture provided the following outlook: revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, GAAP diluted EPS of $14.39 to $14.81, and a capital return of at least $9.5 billion. The company also announced a quarterly cash dividend of $1.71 per share for shareholders of record on October 13, 2026.
