Accendra Health, Inc. has received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) indicating that the company is not currently in compliance with Section 802.01B of the NYSE’s Listed Company Manual. The notice states that Accendra Health failed to meet the continued listing standard requiring an average market capitalization of not less than $50.0 million over a consecutive 30 trading-day period and stockholders’ equity of not less than $50.0 million.

The notice, received on October 27, 2026, does not result in the immediate delisting of the company’s Common Stock from the NYSE. The stock will continue to trade on the exchange during this period, provided the company maintains compliance with other continued listing requirements.

Accendra Health intends to notify the NYSE within ten business days of receiving the notice, affirming its intent to submit a business plan. The company has a period of 45 calendar days following receipt of the notice to submit this plan, which must demonstrate how it intends to regain compliance with the Section 802.01B standards within 18 months. If the NYSE accepts the business plan, the company will be subject to quarterly monitoring of its progress.

The company stated that the receipt of the notice does not affect its business operations or its reporting obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
